- Minimum 5 years carpentry experience
- Skilled in cutting, assembling, and installing wood items and experienced in structural framing, formwork, and other heavy-duty carpentry tasks
- Able to follow drawings and measurements
- Age: Not more than 45 years old
Foreman
- Minimum 5 years construction site experience
- Able to read drawings and manage workers
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Diploma in Engineering is an (advantage)
Plumber
- Minimum 5 years plumbing experience
- Can install and repair pipes, fixtures, and systems
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes
- Age: Not more than 45 years old
Tiles Mason
- Minimum 5 years tile installation experience
- Skilled in cutting, shaping, and laying tiles
- Can prepare surfaces and follow designs
- Age: Not more than 45 years old
Hvac Specialist
- Minimum 5 years HVAC experience
- Can install, maintain, and repair AC systems
- Knowledge of ventilation and refrigeration
- Age: Not more than 45 years old
